How this page was made. Every figure was read from each vendor's own pages on 19 September 2026 and is linked at the bottom. emailcampaign.ai is the third column and the publisher of this page; where MailReach or Warmbox is the better choice, the page says so. Prices change; check the linked pages before buying.

MailReach and Warmbox both sell one thing: warm-up for mailboxes you already have. MailReach prices per mailbox at $19.50 to $25 and adds a spam test; Warmbox prices per bundle, one inbox for $19, three for $79, six for $159. The comparison is arithmetic first and network quality second, and the third column is there because warm-up is increasingly included in the sending platform rather than bought separately.

Where MailReach is stronger

The placement test. Thirty-plus seed mailboxes, three free tests a day, spam-test credits in packs; Warmbox has no placement test.

Provider coverage stated plainly: Google, Microsoft 365 and transactional providers, up to 100 warm-up emails a day, a network described as 30,000 real inboxes.

Reviews exist. G2 4.7 from about 34 to 41 reviews and Capterra 5.0 from 24; Warmbox has no G2 or Capterra listing we could find, and its Product Hunt reviews are low.

Where Warmbox is stronger

Any SMTP. Warmbox connects most providers and any SMTP server, with Growth, Flat and Random sending modes; that suits one or two mailboxes on a provider other tools do not list.

Price for one mailbox. $19 a month, or $15 billed annually, for one inbox and 50 emails a day, against MailReach's $19.50 to $25.

A DNS and blacklist checker is built in.

Where emailcampaign.ai fits

emailcampaign.ai is not a standalone warm-up tool; warm-up is included for every mailbox on the platform, unlimited, with a maintenance level after the ramp, and placement tests at Gmail and Outlook per mailbox. For a fleet that is the arithmetic that matters: ten mailboxes cost $195 to $250 a month at MailReach, need enterprise pricing at Warmbox, and are covered by the $39 Basic plan here. The trade is that you move sending here too, and each mailbox is held at 8 to 10 cold emails a day.

Decide by the question you are asking

  • One or two mailboxes on an unusual provider. Warmbox.
  • Warm-up plus a real placement test, sequencer unchanged. MailReach.
  • A fleet of ten or more. emailcampaign.ai if you will send from it; otherwise MailReach, budgeted per mailbox.
  • We use Instantly or Smartlead already. Both include their own warm-up; MailReach has no native integration with either.
  • We need proof, not a feature. Run MailReach's free tests before and after any warm-up, including ours.

Questions, answered straight

How much does warm-up cost for ten mailboxes?
MailReach: $195 to $250 a month at the per-mailbox price. Warmbox: the six-inbox bundle is $159 and ten needs enterprise pricing on request. emailcampaign.ai: included in the $39 Basic plan with unlimited mailboxes, because sending runs here as well.
Does either provision mailboxes?
No; both warm what you connect. emailcampaign.ai creates the mailboxes, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or self-hosted, in your name and warms them.
What do the complaints say?
MailReach: per-mailbox cost on a fleet, no native Instantly or Smartlead integration, and one Trustpilot report of a cancelled subscription reactivating. Warmbox: bundles cap inboxes hard so a growing fleet jumps tiers, and Product Hunt reviewers report mail still landing in spam after warm-up.
