How this page was made. Every price and claim below was read from each vendor's own pages on 19 September 2026 and is linked to its source; where a vendor does not publish a figure we say so. emailcampaign.ai is one of the alternatives listed and we say where it fits and where it does not. MailReach is a well-regarded warm-up and spam-test tool: a network it describes as 30,000 real inboxes, up to 100 warm-up emails a day per mailbox, and a placement test with 30-plus seed addresses. The reason people look elsewhere is arithmetic: at $19.50 to $25 a mailbox a month, warming a thirty-mailbox fleet costs more than the outreach software sending from it, and several sequencers now include unlimited warm-up in their plans.
Why people look for a MailReach alternative
- Per-mailbox pricing: $19.50 to $25 a month each, so thirty mailboxes cost $585 to $750 a month for warm-up alone (source)
- No native integration with Instantly or Smartlead, which is where many of its customers' campaigns run (source)
- A Trustpilot review reports a cancelled subscription reactivating a month later (source)
- It warms mailboxes you already have; if you still need the mailboxes, domains and DNS, that is a second vendor (source)

How to choose
- Decide who owns the domains and accounts. Some vendors keep ownership or administrator access; if you may leave, you want yours in your own name.
- Count the year-two price, not the launch price. Several infrastructure vendors step prices up after twelve months or sell pre-warmed mailboxes that expire.
- Ask what happens when a domain burns. Replacement policy, and whether the vendor pauses the sender or quietly suppresses your recipients.
- Check the review sites for cancellation stories. They are the most consistent complaint in this category across vendors.
- Send at 8 to 10 a day per mailbox whatever you buy. No vendor's mailbox survives 100 a day to strangers.
Questions, answered straight
- Is included warm-up as good as a dedicated warm-up tool?
- The mechanism is the same: a network of real mailboxes exchanging conversations, replies threaded, spam rescued. What differs is network quality, ramp discipline and whether warm-up continues at a maintenance level after campaigns start. Ask any vendor for those three things; the price model tells you nothing about them.
- Which alternative keeps MailReach's spam test?
- Warmforge sells placement tests from $39 a month; Smartlead's SmartDelivery starts at $49 a month; emailcampaign.ai runs a per-mailbox placement test at Gmail and Outlook inside the plan.
- How much warm-up volume do I actually need?
- Enough to reach and hold a target of 8 to 10 cold sends a day per mailbox, over two to three weeks, then a maintenance level. A hundred warm-up emails a day per mailbox is far more than a cold mailbox needs and looks less natural, not more.
