Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026

Terms · Privacy · Acceptable use & anti-spam · Data processing addendum · Cookies

1. The service

Campaign Cloud (“the Service”), operated by emailcampaign.ai (“we”, “us”), is a platform for outbound email: it can purchase domains, provision mailboxes on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or our self-hosted fleet, configure DNS, warm mailboxes, run campaigns, and manage replies, meetings, documents and deals. Consequential external actions execute only after you grant an approval inside the Service.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be authorized to act for any organization you connect (including Microsoft or Google tenants and registrar accounts). You are responsible for activity under your account and for the users you invite.

3. Acceptable use — sending rules

You may only send commercial email in compliance with the laws that apply to you and your recipients — including CAN-SPAM, GDPR/PECR, CASL and equivalents. That means: no deceptive headers or subject lines, a working unsubscribe honored promptly (the Service enforces its suppression wall on every send), a truthful sender identity, and a lawful basis for contacting each recipient.

You may not use the Service to send malware, phishing, or content that is illegal where you or your recipients are. We may pause sending, suspend accounts, or terminate for abuse — deliverability protections (bounce circuit breakers, reputation caps) may also slow or stop sending automatically to protect you and other customers.

4. Purchases made on your behalf

Domain purchases, mailbox licences and similar third-party costs are executed only behind your explicit approval, at prices shown to you before you approve. Third-party services (registrars, Microsoft, Google, Stripe) have their own terms; purchases through them are subject to those terms and are generally non-refundable once provisioned.

5. Fees and billing

Paid plans and metered charges are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Usage limits are enforced at send time. We may change prices with notice effective from your next billing period.

6. Your data

You retain all rights to the data you bring (leads, content, recordings, documents). You grant us the licence needed to operate the Service on that data — and nothing more. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Meeting recordings require consent. The Service's notetaker announces itself and records only after a participant admits it; for uploads you attest that every participant consented.

7. Service quality

We build for honesty: simulated actions are labeled simulated, and states shown green reflect verified reality. Still, the Service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or inbox placement — deliverability depends on factors outside any platform's control, including recipient providers and your content.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts of third-party providers.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms — especially the sending rules in section 3. On termination, provisions that by their nature survive (fees owed, liability limits, your data rights) survive.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the Service and apply going forward. Questions: support@emailcampaign.ai.
