Superwave Alternatives (2026): Where to Move Google Workspace Cold Email Infrastructure

Six alternatives for teams that bought or were about to buy Superwave's Google Workspace infrastructure, with prices from each vendor's pages on 19 September 2026: Premium Inboxes, Primeforge, Zapmail, Saleshandy, Instantly and emailcampaign.ai.

How this page was made. Every price and claim below was read from each vendor's own pages on 19 September 2026 and is linked to its source; where a vendor does not publish a figure we say so. emailcampaign.ai is one of the alternatives listed and we say where it fits and where it does not. Prices change; check the linked pages before buying.

Superwave sold Google Workspace cold email infrastructure on application, with a placement guarantee and, according to third-party reviews, an entry price around $5,000 a year. When we checked on 19 September 2026, neither superwave.ai nor superwave.io loaded, the domains' registration records had changed in August, and the most recent reviews described unanswered support and customers unable to send weeks after paying. If you hold mailboxes there, the practical question is where to move them and how to keep sending while you do.

Why people look for a Superwave alternative

  • The websites were unreachable on our read date and the domain records changed on 12 August 2026 (source)
  • Reviews describe a promised 24-hour setup stretching past five days and support that stopped answering (source)
  • Pricing was never published; third parties report quote-only terms and a large minimum (source)
  • Microsoft 365 was reported as unsupported, so a mixed fleet was not possible (source)

How to choose

  • Decide who owns the domains and accounts. Some vendors keep ownership or administrator access; if you may leave, you want yours in your own name.
  • Count the year-two price, not the launch price. Several infrastructure vendors step prices up after twelve months or sell pre-warmed mailboxes that expire.
  • Ask what happens when a domain burns. Replacement policy, and whether the vendor pauses the sender or quietly suppresses your recipients.
  • Check the review sites for cancellation stories. They are the most consistent complaint in this category across vendors.
  • Send at 8 to 10 a day per mailbox whatever you buy. No vendor's mailbox survives 100 a day to strangers.

Questions, answered straight

How do I move without losing the reputation I built?
Reputation belongs to the domains, not to the vendor. If the domains are registered in your name, transfer the DNS and create new mailboxes on them at the new vendor; keep the same mailbox names, warm for two weeks at a low ramp, and resume. If the vendor owns the domains you cannot take them; register lookalikes and start the ramp from zero.
Which alternatives let me own the domains and accounts?
emailcampaign.ai registers domains in your name and creates the accounts under your ownership; Premium Inboxes has you bring your own domains. Read the ownership terms of any reseller quoting well under Google's $8.40 seat price.
Can I keep sending during a migration?
Yes, if you overlap: bring the new fleet up and through warm-up while the old one still sends, then shift volume over two weeks. A hard cutover on a single day is what produces the spam-folder week.
