How this page was made. Every price and claim below was read from each vendor's own pages on 19 September 2026 and is linked to its source; where a vendor does not publish a figure we say so. emailcampaign.ai is one of the alternatives listed and we say where it fits and where it does not. lemlist is a polished multichannel tool from Paris with lemwarm included in every plan, a 650-million-contact database and strong reviews. Its Email plan is $55 a month billed annually per account; Multichannel is $87 a user a month with five senders per user. People look elsewhere when the per-seat model outgrows a small team, when they need mailboxes and domains provisioned rather than connected, or when they want a white-label door for clients, which lemlist does not offer.
Why people look for a lemlist alternative
- Per-seat pricing: $87 a user a month annual for Multichannel, and lemwarm standalone is $24 to $40 per email address (source)
- No mailbox or domain provisioning was found on lemlist's pages; you bring the infrastructure (source)
- No white-label client portal at any tier; the agency page redirects to a partner waitlist (source)
- Trustpilot reviewers report core features removed without warning and credits charged when data is not found (source)

How to choose
- Decide who owns the domains and accounts. Some vendors keep ownership or administrator access; if you may leave, you want yours in your own name.
- Count the year-two price, not the launch price. Several infrastructure vendors step prices up after twelve months or sell pre-warmed mailboxes that expire.
- Ask what happens when a domain burns. Replacement policy, and whether the vendor pauses the sender or quietly suppresses your recipients.
- Check the review sites for cancellation stories. They are the most consistent complaint in this category across vendors.
- Send at 8 to 10 a day per mailbox whatever you buy. No vendor's mailbox survives 100 a day to strangers.
Questions, answered straight
- Which lemlist alternative includes warm-up without per-seat pricing?
- Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy and Salesforge all price by contacts or emails with unlimited mailboxes and warm-up included; emailcampaign.ai does the same from a free trial, and adds the provisioning.
- I like lemlist's LinkedIn steps. Which alternatives have them?
- Salesforge (unlimited LinkedIn senders on Growth), Reply.io, Woodpecker ($29 a month per LinkedIn account) and Apollo. emailcampaign.ai is email-first: its LinkedIn work is in the CRM and meetings, not in sequences.
- Does lemlist provision mailboxes?
- Not that its pages show. If you need domains, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailboxes and DNS done for you, look at Saleshandy, Salesforge's Primeforge, Smartlead's partners or emailcampaign.ai.
