How is this different from the well-known cold-email tools?
Most tools run campaigns on mailboxes you bring, or sell infrastructure setup as a separate managed service. Here the infrastructure is a product feature: one approval and the platform buys domains, creates the users on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or our self-hosted fleet, writes the DNS and warms everything — then runs your campaigns, your inbox, your meetings and your deals in the same login.
Is AI deciding my infrastructure or my price?
No. The Capacity Co-pilot is our own deterministic engine — pure arithmetic over the same packing rules provisioning uses. Every quote is exact and reproducible; no third-party AI touches your money.
What do I actually pay for?
One-time: domains (year one) and per-user setup. Monthly: your workspace users, plus optional managed warmup & campaigns billed on sending capacity. Every number is on the calculator before you pay.
Do plans include domains and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace licences?
No — plans cover the platform. You connect your own registrar (Porkbun, Namecheap or GoDaddy) and your own Microsoft 365 tenants or Google Workspaces, and Autopilot buys domains, creates users, writes DNS and warms everything through your accounts. Every infrastructure cost is shown in the calculator before you approve it.
How fast is a fleet live?
Domain attach and DNS typically complete within hours — registrar and provider propagation set the pace. Users and credentials land the same day, and warmup starts immediately after.
Can I bring my own tenants, or self-host?
Both. Connect your own Microsoft or Google admin and Autopilot provisions onto it, or choose the self-hosted fleet — real mail accounts on dedicated hosts with our own DKIM keys.
What happens when I reach my plan's monthly email limit?
Sending pauses at the limit — entitlements are enforced at send time, so there are never surprise overage charges. Upgrade and sending resumes immediately; usage is recomputed from source, so the counter can't drift.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Plans are monthly through Stripe — upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like, effective from your next billing period. Your data stays yours; the trial needs no card at all.
Do you use shared warmup pools or shared IPs?
No. Warmup runs as real conversations between your own mailboxes — your reputation never depends on strangers in a pool. Self-hosted fleets get dedicated hosts and their own IPs.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your leads, content and recordings are never used to train models. Credentials and tokens are AES-256-GCM encrypted, reveals are MFA-gated and audited, and the Privacy Policy spells out every processor we rely on.
What happens when something blocks mid-setup?
The setup pauses in a named state, notifies you exactly once with the fix (licences, wishlist, registrar credit, fleet capacity), and resumes on its own the moment it clears. Nothing silently dies.
